Manchester City will be without winger Martin Petrov for up to a month with a knee injury.

Petrov has started just one of City's last four outings in all competitions and came off the bench in their midweek draw at Stoke.

The Bulgaria international will now miss the visit of Liverpool on Sunday and their upcoming games with Stoke and Chelsea.

I'll try and dig out some stats regarding this but we must be amongst the league 'leaders' in terms of games lost through injury during 2009/10?
