After all the speculation, the deal is finally complete. Manchester City have sold wayward striker Robinho to Serie A club AC Milan. The transfer fee was not revealed. Per The Telegraph:

A statement from AC Milan read: "AC Milan announces it has acquired player Robinho on a permanent deal from Manchester City.

"The Brazilian player has signed a four-year contract with the Rossoneri club."

The Italian club did not reveal the transfer fee for the 26-year-old.

Good riddance

He is an absolute waste that is good for nothing. And if you see some sparks once a while it is because other great players in Brazil carry him. I am so happy he is gone. Indeed a happy day for Man city. Well done to get rid of this junk.

I think your judgement is a bit harsh but it was clear he no longer wanted to play for City. I can’t say this move caught me off guard.
