DOOMSDAY champs league scenario

Just thought it was worth mentioning that if Arsenal end up moving on tomorrow against udinese... it would then be possible that City would be in a group with the three league champions from the other big three of the four European leagues. Yes Barcelona, A.C. Milan, City, and Borussia Dourtmund all would then have a small chance at being in the same group. Make sure you re wearing something lucky on Thursday so this outcome does not become reality....maybe we should have taken Europa league more serious last year now looking back hahaha

Good lord

that is the ultimate group of death. I’m new to the group and the game so forgive my asking but how the hell can something like that happen? I’m still trying to figure out how the Champions league is organized. Gotta check those wiki pages, I guess.

Yes for real group of death. City are currently in Pot 3… Dourt is in Pot 4. If arsenal were to move on tomorrow they would then leapfrog Milan for the last spot in Pot 1 (I believe this to be true not 100% sure). That would then leave Milan in Pot 2.. which would then make this possible group.
