Fantasy Premier League
As the title suggest I decided to put up a little side post for the FPL.
Most of you I assume are partaking in it.
The scores are a bit inflated due to the recent goal scoring drama's that took place with United and City.
My name on it is Bosnian Bronco (Armin Hadziomerovic)
I got 138 total points and my lineup is always worrying me!
Put up comments about your lineup and worries and let's just chit chat about this.
I always enjoyed fantasy anything since it lets you know other teams as well. This is my first year playing fantasy and I must say it is a pretty fun experience.
My lineup consists of Hart-Begovic / Ward-Terry-Bosingwa-Cahill-Jagielka / Elmohamady-Formica-Silva-Jarvis-Anderson / Dzeko-Suarez-Fletcher
As you can see I am putting in a lot of faith into Wolves and City :-D
Anyone get a sleeper pick? Someone who has been doing unexpectedly well for them?
BTW Should I keep Silva or replace him with Nasri?

Week 3 standings
Here is the overall standings in the Bitter and Blue league: http://fantasy.premierleague.com/my-leagues/69210/standings/
And the Head to Head table:

We've got a lot of fantasy targets.
I don’t know if I mentioned this before but growing up, I was a rabid Lakers fan (NBA). What made the Lakers fun to watch was three things:
1) they won
2) they were incredibly entertaining and
3) they had 5+ players of all-star ability and they melded together perfectly.
My team is Balotelli’s Darts (though i’ll prob change it a few times during the season).. of course I somehow got minimal points from my City players yesterday since I had Kompany, Silva, and Aguero. Go figure.
Big players make big plays
I dumped Kompany a while back just so I could fit in Silva, now I am looking at replacing Silva with Nasri if he does well this upcoming game at Wigan.
My advice even though I have zero experience in fantasy football would be to stick with Kompany through the Wigan game, he should get you 6-9 points and then later on dump him because City will be competing on four fronts meaning that our squad will be tired half way through the season and will concede goals from people we normally wouldn’t.

Pulled out my wildcard and used it to replace Suarez-Fletcher-Elmohamady-Formica-Hart with Rooney-Klasnic-Nasri-Vorm-Dyer.
Anyone else make any transfers?

I always wait til Friday night to make transfers. Especially with the international break this weekend, you don’t want to find out leading up to the next fixtures that you’ve got players injured or suspended or unlikely to play for whatever reason.
I usually save my wildcard for later in the season too
Big players make big plays
I figured I needed to tweak a lot of my players and I might as well use a wildcard seeing that I can take them out one by one from week to week.
I find injuries to be very rare at the international level. Could be my imagination but I feel that at the international level the officiating is done much better and in a way that minimizes chances of injuries.
What are you thinking of transferring this Friday if anything?
