An outstanding goal from the captain Vincent Kompany secured a win over Besiktas as Manchester City wrapped up their pre-season training camp in Austria with a 2-0 victory.
City, fielding a side featuring Yaya Touré, Carlos Tevez and Pablo Zabaleta, came under sustained pressure from their Turkish opponents in the first half, but emerged on top as Sergio Agüero curled in the opener moments before the break.

The club now move onto the next stage of their pre-season schedule as they take on both Arsenal and Malaysia in the Far-East.
