Mancini takes up Russian FA Job?

It is being reported that Mancini is in a shock move to take over the Russian national team vacancy and that City will be compensated 20 million pounds. Seems a little fishy? I don't know what to think of this. A huge part of me is thinking "This is not real" the other part says "Anything could happen".
