The qualifying rounds are in the bag and later today sees the draw for the group stages of the 2012/13 Champions League season.

City, as we know, are in pot 2 which in theory would reduce the chances of a repeat of last seasons tough draw but with the likes of Juventus and PSG in pot 3 and Borussia Dortmund in pot 4 there does remain the prospect of a 'group of death' scenario.
