New players should be made to fight for a place in the side, not put straight in days after arriving at the club. The side was good enough to win the league last year so why stuff around with it? Loyalty is a thing that is fast disappearing from football but Roberto needs to show some to his players. I have watched a few of City's training sessions recently on-line and the team spirit seems a lot lower now than it was last year. I appreciate the need for a larger squad but it can also cause problems. The new signings have been reasonably impressive, but I don't think any of them would make it into the top 11 of last season.

Roberto, only bring the new players in once they have proved themselves at the club and when any of the established players shows a dip in form.
